The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATIONS OF OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND OR REGULATIONS. They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant, spectator, or official.

The race director shall be empowered to permit reasonable and appropriate deviation from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in his/her opinion does not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS. Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Their decision is final.


*Open to all makes and models with the exception of Hurst’s, Imperials from 1973 or older and Imperial sub frame swaps or k frames welded in fords. May sadagon wagons. 03+ Fords must leave stock cradle and suspension in front, Watts conversion in rear is ok in 98+ Fords*

1. All vehicles must be stripped of all glass, chrome, trim, side mirrors, plastic and fiberglass panels.
2. Rubber body mounts may be removed, body mount bolt is permitted (Max 5/8” diameter)
a) Max 4” washers…mounts must still go up in factory locations
b) The only exception is for (4) extra mounts that you may add anywhere.
3. No body to frame welds
4. Enhancement to body lines is permitted, no overlay or double effects.
5. Front/Rear window bars may tie into the halo bar.

Gas Tanks:
1. If not under the center of the car from the manufacturer, a fuel cell or an approved marine style tank must be moved to the back seat area, securely fastened and completely covered with metal. NO plastic boat tanks.
2. Gas tank protectors are allowed. 
3. You may run an electrical fuel pump, but it must have a kill switch that is clearly marked. Please use fittings or good hose clamps, and make sure they are tight.

1. No altercations or reinforcements to the frame, unless you get approved.
2. ½ top frame seam weld allowed.
3. Frames can be tilted (pitched)
4. Y frames may be collapse.
5. May re horn (cut off old horn butt weld new horn then wrap butt weld with 2 inch flat stock 1/4 thick on all sides of rehorn )
6.Trailer/Towing hitches must be removed.

7. 3 4x4 inch by 1/4 inch thick fix it plates per rail.

8. 1 6x22 inch by 1/4 inch thick hump plate per rail.Has to be on outside of rail.

1. Floor shifters are allowed.
2. Transmission coolers are allowed.
3. Slider drive shafts are allowed
4. Solid Mounts are permitted.

A working hydraulic system is required. You must exhibit the ability to stop. Anyone losing their brakes during an event will be disqualified.

1. Brackets may be welded.
2. Bumpers from other passenger vehicles may be swapped.
3. May hard nose bumper without using shock, but may weld shock bracket to frame. If hardnosed using bracket without shock the bracket has to touch back of bumper, if u use shock, the shock pad has to touch back of bumper, but bracket may be pushed back.
4. May use up to 6x6 inches of 3/8 plate per rail to help hold bumper on. 

5. Loaded OEM bumpers allowed

Aftermarket Parts: Slider drive shafts, tie rods, lower engine cradle with pulley protector,any 5 lug rear. ( NO spindles,NO  full engine cradles , NO distributor protector, NO mid plates ect..) NO KICKERS !!!!!!!!

Rear Ends:
1. May be welded
2. No coil to leaf spring alterations
3. May have brace, but only to strengthen rear end tube
4. Coil spring cars can reinforce arms.

5. Leaf spring packs (9 leaf per side, factory stagger and thickness) 8 spring clamps per pack

Must be chained, wired or welded. Full welded seams OK.

Driver Compartment:
1. One cross bar is allowed behind the seat, running door to side door. Max diameter is 6”.
2. Four point roll bar is allowed (with halo bar) Not extending to the frame.
3. Cannot touch floor panel – must be inside car
4. All airbags must be removed prior to arrival to the track.

Exhaust should extend beyond driver’s seat or you may run stacks

Fan Blades:
Can be clutch,electric, and or plastic type fan.

Cutting, folding or bending is permitted. Six (6) 3/8” bolts in each wheel opening. 

Hood & Trunk:
1. All hoods can be bolted down with a maximum of four (4) 5/8” bolts, wired or chained down.
2. You may run up to 1 inch rod through core support up through hood.
3. Trunk lids must be wired,chained, or welded 5” on 5” off.
4. 2 of your trunk body mounts may run up through trunk lid. (5/8 max diameter rod)
5.Trunk lids may be tucked.
6. No hood latches. Hood openings may have twelve (12) 3/8” bolts.
7. There must be at least a 12"X 12" hole on the hood

1. Does not have to move (it can be rigid)
2. May chain or weld A-arms to raise bumper height
3. May chain rear humps, 3/8” chain maximum

1. May be left under the hood or moved to passenger side floor.
2. Must be held down by 2 straps and covered with a rubber mat.
3. Maximum of two (2) 12 volts batteries.  

1. Any ply tire 
2. No split rims permitted
3. No studded, liquid or concrete filled tires.

Driver Door & Front Passenger Door:
Must have car number in contrasting color to body on both doors. Car number must be displayed upright on the roof, on a 12”24” panel.

Safety belts, eye protection, and DOT helmets are required AT ALL TIMES ON THE TRACK. Long sleeve shirts and pants must be worn – shorts are not acceptable.
